At Caprindi, we want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority therefore, we offer a 14-day return for exchange, minus 10% restocking fee providing the criteria below are met.
Before sending the Item back to us, please email us at sales@caprindi.com and advise us that you would like to exchange the Item.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase, unopened in the original packaging with an untampered security seal still attached, and in saleable condition. If we find this to be damaged or replaced then your return for a exchange or credit to your account is void.
Please ensure that any exchangeable Items is securely repackaged. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service with a signature request as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you. We do not hold responsibility if an item is not received by us.
If you are exchanging an item, you must include in your parcel an EXTRA Australia Post Express Satchel for us to send you your new Caprindi product once goods are received by our team (Please write your shipping address and details on this satchel for a quick turnaround) Returning an item that is not faulty will be at the cost of delivery to the purchaser. The customer is required to cover the cost incurred of returning the item back.
Caprindi Hair Extensions does not accept exchanges due to a change of mind after 14 days of your purchase date.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the total of a return unless the item is faulty, due only to a manufacturing issue within 30 days. If you're returning an item due to a fault or damage during transit, we'll cover the postage charges. In these cases, you have the option for a free redelivery of the item or a full refund of the shipping cost paid.
We do not accept returns after the hair has been applied to the new wearer (unless a manufacturer’s fault arises within 30 days) as we have no control over monitoring the care and maintenance of the hair used by the wearer at home.
Before applying the hair and removing the security tag, it's important for the purchaser to thoroughly check the hair to ensure satisfaction with its quality. All hair is sold under inspection and this condition and we will not accept a exchange if the security seal has been removed even by accident DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
We cannot provide exchanges for items that do not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods to receive your credit to account minus the 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Processing fees will not be refunded.
Caprindi is 100% satisfied with the hair we provide to our professionals and has been tried and tested for 6+ years. We guarantee that your hair is Remy human hair with full cuticle alignment. If for some reason your hair is matted within the first 14 days of application,(proof will be required) Caprindi’s lab will need to review the hair microscopically which will require the wearer to return the hair to us. If it is proven to be non-cuticle aligned manufacturing issue and not damaged by the wearer we will replace the wearer with another equivalent batch of hair. We do not offer a refund of goods or other items in the caprindi line, including hair care tools and education.
